What medications do you sell?

Canadian Family Pharmacy offers both brand-name and generic medications.

What are generics?

Generics are drugs with the same chemical and structural composition. They have the same therapeutic effect as the original medications. A generic product can, however, have a different name, shape, taste and color, and a lower price.

Why are your drugs so cheap?

The thins is that we specialize in the sale of generics that are much cheaper than branded meds but have the same quality. Generic manufacturers do not spend huge money on formula development, clinical trials, advertising. That is why their cost is much more affordable.

Are your medications high-quality?

All our products are approved by the Indian FDA, which confirms their high quality.

How can I order from your pharmacy?

We have made our website as convenient as possible. You can place an order online. For this, add the necessary products to the shopping cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the instructions to complete the order.

Do I need a prescription?

We require a prescription for RX items only. In this case, you will be asked to send a copy of your prescription to prescriptionustacysfamilypharmacy.com. We accept images in DOC, PDF, JPEG, Photo.

How much is shipping?

The shipping rates may vary depending on the products you need, your location and the delivery method. To find out the delivery fee for your location, please add the drugs in the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

Is shipping international?

We offer worldwide delivery. Some exceptions, however, may occur.

What delivery methods do you use?

You can choose between Trackable Courier Service (5 – 9 days) and Regular Airmail service (14 – 21 days). Courier deliveries can be tracked online.

Can I remain confidential?

We value your confidentiality and send all products in non-transparent packages.

What if my parcel is damaged or lost during delivery?

In these cases, you should contact the customer care department as quickly as possible. Our manager will help you resolve the problem. We will either reship the goods or offer a full refund.

What if I have not received my parcel?

If your parcel is delivered via Courier Service, you will receive a tracking number for checking the delivery status. If you opted for airmail delivery, keep in mind that the maximum delivery term is 30 days. If you have not received your order within this term, you should contact your local post office. The post officer will check whether the package has arrived or is still on its way. If they do not have your parcel, we will resend the goods or offer you a refund.

Do I need to pay if you reship my order?

No additional charges will be taken.

How can I pay for meds?

Currently, we accept major credit cards and e-checks.

Can I check the status of my order?

You can track the status of your parcel if you opted for Trackable Courier Service.

Is it secure to give my credit card details?

Our website uses SSL to secure your personal data. Be sure your sensitive information will not be viewed by third parties.

Where are the drugs dispensed from?

The medications available on the website are dispensed from India. They are produced in accordance with the Indian FDA regulations.

How long will my order be processed?

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours. We recommend that you plan your orders in advance.

Can my order be delayed at customs?

In rare cases YES. If your order is delayed at customs, you will get a notification. You will be asked to come and let them examine your parcel. Your parcel will not be opened without your prior consent.

Is it possible to check the order status?

If your order is sent via express courier mail, you will be able to check the order status using a unique tracking number.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation is possible within 24 hours.
